Mr. Weigand is a Director at RMA, bringing over 30 years of experience in federal and private accounting, as well as internal audit, internal control evaluation, audit coordination, and management consulting. His federal experience includes working on Cabinet-Level department audits, and smaller federal agencies. His private company experience includes leading the testing and reviewing of financial and IT general and application controls to prepare corporate compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
Mr. Weigand received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame. He is a licensed CPA in the states of California, Maryland, and Virginia. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Government Accountants, and the American Society of Military Controllers.
