Ms. DeCruise is a Senior Manager at RMA, leading the Marketing and Quality Control Program. With over a decade of project management and public sector experience, she is a subject matter expert in instructional design and project management practices. Most recently, Ms. DeCruise led the Work Plan Management team at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), which oversaw quality control. Additionally, she provided expertise to improve the efficiency of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD) management tool used to track and manage Notice of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs) and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).Furthermore, she developed training courses for the Department of Labor (DOL) Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), including interactive AAP and blended webinar courses for over 300+ compliance officers.Ms. DeCruise holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland, maintains a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and is an active member of the Project Management Institute.
