Joy DeCruise is a Senior Manager with over a decade of experience in project management and the public sector. Currently serving as the Marketing Lead and Quality Control Manager at RMA, she is responsible for ensuring products and services meet quality standards through testing, inspection, and problem-solving. Additionally, she develops and executes marketing strategies to promote services, including market research, audience targeting, and advertising. Beyond her professional pursuits, Joy is dedicated to her role as a mother of three and cherishes the opportunity to witness her children’s personal and academic growth. She also has a passion for photography and enjoys exploring new destinations through travel.
