He has led and managed teams supporting efforts related to federal financial management, audit, audit readiness, internal controls, and business process reengineering for federal and state agencies. He possesses a deep background that includes project and change management, business process improvement, and strategy.
Mr. Stiggle is a CPA in Virginia and an MBA, PMP, CDFM. Mr. Stiggle is an active member of the Project Management Institute, Association of Government Accountants, and American Society of Military Comptrollers.
